Please allow 1-3 business days for processing on all online orders. We offer tracking on all orders unless otherwise noted, your tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has been shipped. All shipping rates are listed in Canadian dollars. On international orders all duties, customs and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer. If you require any additional information regarding duties, customs and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office. Still Life is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. After an item has shipped, it is no longer our responsibility. RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We are happy to accept returns on regular priced, non-exempt items for store credit or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order - we offer exchange or store credit only. Item(s) must be in unworn, original condition with original receipt and all tags attached. To initiate and authorize a return please email us at: email@example.com. All unauthorized returns/exchanges will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All discounted and sale items including items purchased using a promo code are final sale. All face masks, bodysuits, hosiery, under garments, cosmetics, body care products, swim & bathing suits, are a final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange.
